VOBOC’s programs focus on  EQUIPPING, ENGAGING and EMPOWERING Adolescents and Young Adults (AYAs) with cancer as they begin their cancer treatment. Early in their journey, they need support and assistance navigating the health care system, addressing their concerns, and understanding their distress and feelings of isolation.

VOBOC supports patients by connecting them to our Patient Liaison. VOBOC’s Patient Liaison is an active listener, a skilled navigator of the health care system and a partner with the interdisciplinary health care team.
